I suppose it depends on whether you'd sync with him or Kris. I go with a full Sync Nuke/First Aid grid for MM (left), but I also have a Liquidation OaR grid for Defense drops when applicable (right)
Of course, if you're running him with a crit buffer (which I suppose you would, I personally just like to use Hilbert elsewhere) First Aid wouldn't be needed, since he wouldn't need to use Sink or Swim to begin with
