yeah locally itd seem fast, but a human outruns a fly.
Its slow, because bugs are slow, and there has never been a fast bug. they seem fast because their tiny as fuck, and they are moving distances that seem impressive for their size.
Vikavolt is like a flying beetle. Is a flying beetle fast as fuck? no, but its pretty terrifying to see it fly and hover its fat bug body in the air and zip 2metres away to another spot, and another spot if it wanted.
But if it was flying in a straight distance, youd outrun a vikavolt.
