Head to the train station in Lumiose City and check the back of the train timetable that's furthest away from the entrance. There's a secret message written there that reads: "I'm going to go for help. Wait in the usual place."
I'm not going to lie, that's pretty creepy. If someone's going to look for help, surely that means that they, or someone else, is in danger? Where's the 'usual place?' Interestingly, there's a kid near the sign who asks himself: "It should be someplace around here, right?"
