>>45378732You just ruined your Meowstic. His entire point is he's a Move Gauge Battery with his MASSIVE base Speed stat and Pep Rally on X Speed. If you want Special Attack debuffing, use Viola. At worst, your Meowstic should look like this if you think it needs Master Healer, but trust me, by the time it is taking the Direct Damage this would offsset, this is just going to buy you another turn or two you're not doing anything else during max. It is better for healing AoE chip damage while sidetanking.
