So yeah, it is my job to fix them once plot is taken care of. The map dropbox has a (currently out of date) copy of the region map as both an XCF and a PSD, if you want to download it and make changes yourself feel free.
You have just as much of a right to do that as me or anybody else, but I am pretty sure that you A: Don't actually give a shit so you won't do anything B: Don't have a damn clue about how the file or the layers are set up, nor will you ask me how it is set up since apparently i'm a greater evil then satan, and C: We have a defined process and criteria for making changes to the region map, and i'm fairly certain you have no idea what that is.
Also, I fail to see what gun has to do with any of this. She is in no higher position of authority then I or you are in any regard other then that she has surveymonkey account access, whereas I (and for the sake and well being of the project, I hope you) do not.

If you want to work on it now you can, obviously, and even if I wanted to stop you, I would have no power to do so. That said, it's little more useful then spriting an unconfirmed pokemon design, so I would recommend waiting.
