The main problem with this mon is that I find that he often died in two or one shot against most powerfull attacks. Not only that but Sing is very rng heavy, on my side it often miss and when it does hit the ennemy woke up in the next turn. I would say to not completly consider it as your first choice for a good normal type but he can be a good alternative.
