This guy though, what the hell Gamefreak. I don't even know why I like it so much - the sprites of it are pretty bad, it's not got a good set of moves and its only niche is mind reader sheer cold, which is banned in singles and too long to use in doubles. It just always seemed so awesome, I love ice types and this is the de facto ice type in my eyes. Maybe it's just childhood nostalgia from when it used to be amazing, I dunno. I've never even met someone else who likes it, so no wonder it's so bad still. I just wish it had some super gimmick like priority ice moves or something.
