For example most hacks that buff shitmons tend to give Delibird Refrigerate, 100 base attack, and access to Fake Out and Extremespeed for powerful priority ice moves. I've noticed this same buff used multiple hacks, but honestly? It's fun. One shotting pseudos with this chunky penguin is fun.
