Nothing points to it other than the fact that the starters have a secret, and Rockruff also has a secret (version exclusive evos). Nowhere does it say that Rockruff and the starters share the secret. The starters are almost 100% going to get specific Z-Moves or something of the sort. There's no way they would implement split evos for something as iconic as the starters. It will stay 3 starters and that's it. Sorry everyone, it's the facts.
