Gotta admit, I'm a little disappointed with the fight choreography. moments like incineroar catching torracat should've been done without missing beat between them but because of the way the battle is choreographed (the actual grab being off screen) from our perspective there's as much impact as there'd have been if torracat teleported into his hand.
That being said, this is definitely peak SM battling. It has stakes built up since episode 1, torracat evolving then fainting on his feet was hype (but to be fair I am biased for this trope)
Overall I feel like this battle is good, but it suffers from a reverse effect of XY/DP battles. Whereas XY/DP choreography hard carried most battles that'd of been forgettable otherwise SMs lack of choreography bogs down it's best battles, making them seem less interesting than they are.
Overall this is hands down SMs best action that could definitely crack the top ten battles of the entire pokemon anime if the climax hard carries. Good showing SM.
