Fate/Grand Order does "collabs" but they are exclusively with other properties owned and created by Type-Moon - Garden of Sinners, Witch on the Holy Night, Tsukihime (technically, there's not been a Tsukihime collab event but characters from it have shown up). All of these are collectively in the same setting. So the collabs are more comparable to something like Marvel doing crossovers with its own stuff, as opposed to how other gacha games will do collabs with Persona or One Punch Man or some shit.
