The color scheme is there as well as the dress that touches on the original design, the veil was a nice way of bringing in the old non purple jynx and the black fingers on the gloves tied in the concept for me. I will give you that with jynx the lips are its major characteristic so the cosplayer doesn't deliver there and her hair could be straighter. But thinking she doesn't evoke the original design is like thinking pic related doesn't either.
