On the third turn, Jenny sets up Light Screen(Light Clay version) and on the fourth, Reflect. Goldeen is just using Horn Attack over and over.
I send in Rouge on a Horn Attack, and begin to set up Calm Minds. Goldeen uses Agility once to become faster than Rouge, then goes back to spamming Horn Attack.
Rouge gets to +6 SpA, +6 SpD as Light Screen and Reflect both fade. At this point, Stored Power with STAB has 390 BP.
Goldeen gets a final defiant Horn Attack in, and then falls to Stored Power.
