>>44674492>but you complaining about Beat Up strats, Electro Ball Cinderace, and trying to counter TOXTRICITY of all mons doesn't really ring highly of your knowledge when these in particular swayed you to dislike Dyna. There are all niche options for a reason, they have tons of counterplay (Beat Up is only so common because bad players both see it as an "OP" strat and other bad players don't know how to deal with it)Those were just examples. It goes without saying that there's other situations, but it's merely just how much Dyna offers. But I'll admit that it's by far a bigger problem in 3v3s than 6v6, but that's not exactly stopping something else from abusing it, just as much as Mega Metagross would in ORAS OU. But the prime place to see it at all would be 3v3s anyway. That said, I consider it in that format with any argument I've made.
>Often times, one mon comes in with an obvious gameplan/It's a strong mechanic, but far from an unhealthy or overcentralizing one. After giving it a lot of thought, I definitely see what you mean when it comes to 6v6. But it's still just simply unfun to fight against, as it's snowballing in a pretty toxic form especially in 3v3, of course. It also disables a lot of strategies such as encore, destiny bond, etc. while also allowing the person to severely take advantage off of one misplay, and can often serve as a safety net for Pokemon that don't necessarily need one, or help cover weaknesses it should keep. Though I think the overlying problem is simply that, again, it's overloaded. Had it been one or the other kind of buff, I think it wouldn't be nearly as oppressive, even more so in 3v3.
>explain why you prefer them to even MegasI meant in comparison Z is better than Dyna, but Megas is the best of the worst.
At the end of the day, it's just not fun to play with or against, it's just that braindead in most cases. Had it not been so oversaturated I'd probably think differently, but I think I'd still prefer no gimmick at all.
