Here's a classic one: Lopunny doesn't have black eyes with a red iris, but red eyes with a black iris/pupil, the black parts are just shades. Even the anime made this clear. Yet almost all artist draws the Bun with black eyes. And I'm totally ok with it, it makes it look a lot cuter.
