I went with this little guy for my Pokémon XD playthrough because every single Eevee form has a tremendously shitty level up moves and I figured Flareon wouldn't be that bad compared to the others in a non-competitive environment. As it turns out, Helping Hand boosted Quick Attacks off 130 base Attack are pretty fucking good and its Special Attack is decent enough for it to make use of its Fire STAB.
