So that's the core gameplay out of the way, now for the actual fetish stuff:
As an animator I would obviously put autistic detail into the impregnation aspect of the game. The intercourse, ovipositors, dangerously swollen bellies and all that. However, I would also add a pinch of natural motherly love to it, with the player character resting during calm moments and touching their aching belly, feeling movement (I know I know, eggs) and so on. Just something nice that gives the whole thing a wholesome edge that is sorely missing from other content of this type.
