I'll start;
Overrated: Sucker Punch
Underrated: Brick Break

Sucker Punch is fine on paper and when it was newer could fuck shit up, but now its so standard and predictable its mostly just an opportunity for your opponent to get a free switch or start setting up. Doesn't help that its distribution is the Pokemon you would expect to run it.

Duel screens are as common (if not more so) than Stealth Rock in the current metagame, especially in Doubles and particularly from Klefki. Brick Brake removes both in a base 75 attack in a great offensive type. It has very wide distribution via TM so you can't always be sure who is running it. Since its a damaging attack its not fucked up by Taunt. I expect/hope it becomes used more often.

If somehow this one doesn't qualify for the definition of shitmon, then take Flareon and give it an ability that ignites non-fire moves and switches their attack to physical one.
