>>30442180Legit first time in probably 14 years I've been so much into Pokemon. Didn't feel so good playing a Pokemon game ever since G/S were released and we were just discovering shit like added Kanto.
Played every other Pokemon game, but around gen 4 I got burned out by how fucking by the book it was slowly turning out. Gen 6 was so small its not even funny.
Seems like they took whatever complaints players had with the games and made it all work. You have a lot of variety in Pokemon, even if the new mons aren't easy to find, and the plot is best yet, even if Lusamine ending was really shitty and seemed like they dropped it for little to no reason. But I like how much smaller content they added to find, stories to hear etc.
So yeah, as for someone who just plays these and never really goes for completion or online battles, I loved it.
