Okay, so I started an Autismlocke last thread with Red version, but got sidetracked. I'm now picking it up after a few days where I left off... or so I thought. I could have SWORN that I saved before closing Gambatte, but I had started back right before Brock. Previously, I had made it to just before Mt. Moon, so as much as I absolutely hate replaying in a Nuzlocke, I decided to play through as close to the first time as possible. The only mon I had lost was Kakuna who I released this time before even getting to Brock, just to be fair, but I forgot that I used him as a sort of fodder the first time. I managed to get back to where I was pretty much exactly the way I had the first time and luckily with no extra deaths (what I was most worried about with replaying). I caught two more mons and I'm about to make the trek through Mt. Moon for real this time. Wish me luck on the dreaded Rocket Raticate.
tl;dr Always make sure to save your nuzlockes periodically anons. I'm still not sure if this was a gambatte issue or not and I'm kind of sus now about saving and quitting after this session. Anyone else had an issue with gambatte loading earlier save states than its supposed to upon loading a game?
