I put together a direct comparison of the beta Pokemon with the final Pokemon in their number slot. The Pokemon shown off are numbers 17-30 (11-1E) in the internal index. Omega being removing would have made it the first Missingno. in the game's code, which is presumebly why that slot was later chosen to put Mew in at the last second.
