As soon as the Dex cut was announced I knew I wasn't buying that barbage, and I still haven't. Instead, I put the money I would have spent on a bingbingwahoo machine and the games into collecting old TCG expansions, namely Base Set through Neo Destiny. It's been an awful lot of fun, visiting comic shops every time I'm in a new town, seeing what old cards they have. I had a very serendipitous moment where I got Dark Raichu, a few holos from Fossil, and like 80 commons I didn't have, all for twenty dollars. Even though I've a long way to go, I'm having more fun with Pokemon than I have since the XY leak season. And I am sure as shit having more fun than the SwShlets who are paying $60+$30+$20+$16+$5+tip and still can't transfer over all their bros. Yes, I'll still browse veepee. Yes, I still love Pokemon, but Gamefreak and the Big N aren't getting a fucking nickle from me for now on. At this point I don't even care if the NatDex returns. For all I care USM were the last games in the franchise, and Super Mystery Dungeon was the last one was was actually good. Or maybe Pokken, I don't recall which one came later.
