All in all, I really love what you're going for here. I can see this romhack getting pretty popular for nuzlockes or racing with friends. The pacing is pretty brisk, and I love the idea of getting key items from beating gym leaders now that I understand the system--you might want to mention that in-game somewhere so people don't go to Mauville looking for the bikes. The added mons from future generations really breathes a lot of life into running across Hoenn for the 300th time, and the level-scaling system makes it incredibly easy to mix and match party members which really rewards being thorough in each new area. A little odd that I bumped into underleveled Manectric and Mightyena before ever seeing their juvenile forms, but whatever.
One minor note: Mom's TV back in Littleroot keeps displaying the Lati@s news whenever you enter the room, but you don't get the usual prompt to decide which one you want. I'm sure that sorts itself out later on, but if that's the case I would rather not see it at all until it's ready so I don't give myself false hope.
