Man you people aren't even real fans, of course i'm going to like Dracovish because of how busted he is. the magic of pokemon is that even the fugliest pokemon turn out to be respectable in one way or another and that's how people get to find their "bros", catch and train a pokemon that looks fugly only to find out it's an amazing pokemon. That's how people sometimes become avid fans of some obscure mons.
