Meowscarada's hype is mostly carried by the FANDOM while Gamefreak/TPC has done practically nothing for it to even consider it a "shillmon" besides maybe giving it Protean but even that also got a huge nerf in the same gen it debuted in and it's only hanging by a thread from falling into UU
