The assertion that the only Pokemon being moved are fully leveled and trained ones is absolutely absurd.
Any Pokemon of any level whatsoever can be transferred. This, in no way, takes away from what is already there. How you seriously intend to claim that this removes content is beyond me.
And regardless of what you transfer in, there are always the new Pokemon introduced in the new generation.
