Team Rocket is the only villainous team worth a damn. Magma/Aqua/Galactic/Flare are doomsday cults, Plasma has surface level good intentions but the logic collapses once you stop to think for a moment, and Skull and Yell are hoodlums. Rocket is the only one competently managed and has prestige.

Favorite gen? Tough choice. This is like picking your favorite child. I love gen 1 for the anime, gen 2 for Johto, the designs, and the movies. Gen 3 for the games. Gen 4 for the designs. Gen 5 for the story and characters. Sorry, I can't narrow it down.
Hillbert has the best design and is the only one who has an interesting story.
