Pokemon is what influenced lots of my interests actually, it's emphasis on traveling and exploring the world, and me being exposed to that in Pokemon Gold when I was 4-5 years old is what made me the kind of person that I am now.
I always dreamed of being able to go out into the world and just see what I could find and be out in nature, and am currently setting myself up to live a nomadic life in an RV after 2-3 years of researching how to pull it off.
With that, a bit of a funny way it influenced me is it made me love Broadcasting.
The radio in Gen 2 and the missions surrounding the radio tower made me love radio and to this day I'm very autistic over it and love listening to faraway stations and thinking about the people who make them run.
Jubilife TV also made me enjoy the same thing, I use an antenna to try and get faraway TV stations in my area.
Current record is 114 miles. Pokemon made me see charm in the little parts of life like this at a very young age.
