Ignoring LGPE, SM/USUM are alright. SM were more interesting than XY and USUM were not as disappointing as ORAS.
But I love the concept of Regional Forms and the UBs (plus their worlds and lore). So even though the gen might have been bad, I'll always cherish some of the things it introduced.
