Johto > HeartGold (Lugia's journey looks more fitting for a post game adventure)
Hoenn > Emerald (Rayquaza intervention and more visible rivalry between teams)
Sinnoh > Platinum (The Giratina kidnaping was the best resolution for TeamGalactic)
Unova > White/White2 (You see Iris's ascent to championship and Opelucuid city looks better and like a place linked to myths)
Kalos > X (Xerneas, the geomancer pokemon of life is more fitting to be the legendary that created the mega stones)
Alola > Sun (reason above and the fight Koko vs Buzzwole looked epic)
