Lt. Surge is a man who comes from a militaristic background. He's depicted as hard as nails, won't let go of his hardened past by way of continuing to wear militaristic clothing, and has the demeanor of a drill instructor, so his personality isn't lacking in that regard when speaking to him.
Compare him to any of these other pimple-faced losers and you can't tell who or what the fuck they even are. You have a prima-dona over on the far left, an old geezer who doesn't want to retire from fighting yet looks fucking sick of it, a goth child, a nigger, a grandma, a nigger but a wench, and chronic baby-face.
All of Sw/Sh's characters are irredeemable and have no personality, and only by ditching the sports gear and letting them wear their typical attire will they even START to gain personality, since we already have a trove of prima-donas, old geezers who have seen it all, goth kids, niggers, and old women.
The only thing that is really new are nigger women and chronic baby-face characters, and those aren't good enough character traits.
