It doesn't even make sense that new rocks falls every time the Pokémon switch in. It's not like Spikes in which the spikes stick to the ground and every new Pokémon that comes in steps on them and get damaged. Stealth Rock should set a limited number of rocks. To tell the truth, sometimes I even feel that this was the initial idea for the move but they left it on the game unfinished. It needs a limited number of activations, between 3 and 5, and every time you used the move again, the counter would reset to the maximum. This way there would be teams specially focused on Stealth Rock that would try to play with this gimmick, adding variety to the game, because today every team is practically obligated to use it considering how fucking OP it is.
