After several hours of careful consideration, I've reworked the Starters & arrived at a list that I feel is better than the one prior. Possible changes that may be made are replacing Alolan Meowth with Sprigatito (should the resources become available), and not pertaining to the Starters themselves but instead their evolutions, Hisuian Lilligant may replace Unovan Lilligant as the Starter's Evolutionary Form.
