Talking about them, interactions with, and reporting sightings is allowed, to an extent but going onto saying you had lunch with Arceus and met 12 Latias' is not. Use of them is not considering there has been:
No reports of more than one in existence through any source
They're OP as fuck sometimes and should be avoided.
If you're going to have a legendary, you are only allowed one, this prevents Tobias syndrome and keeps power levels in check
You are allowed to have more than 6 pokemon, but each one needs consistent names and species.
Each trainer/character should be subject to make one and perhaps create a google doc about them like pic-related.
You are allowed to have been to all 6 regions and even taken down some elite 4 but no pokemon masters.
