Psychic types can do all sorts of weird shit with their powers that don't really make much sense.
I'm reasoning that one could use their powers to warp sound waves and produce techno synth beats, or even beam music directly into people's minds. Pokemon talk telepathically and cast images and shit, I figure why not something like a series of repeating beats and/or vocals. I'm talking this kind of shit:
