In fact, I think you could just slap a river/pond on regular Torterra and call it a day, and he'd shoot up to my #2/#3 spot. Or if they made him have different trees on his back depending on region/season or what have you. Something. Anything to make him more neat-o.

Torterra is based off of the World Turtle, who is supposed to be huge. I mean, look at this picture. Would Torterra not look amazing if he were more like this nigga? I get that he's also a cross with an ankylosaurus, but c'mon, more emphasis on the World Turtle would make him look champ as fuck.
