I'm not saying I like Ash or anything but this whole saga the shit writers have been shoving his "awesomeness" down our throats and making him unstoppable for the most part. I have feeling the leauge will be no different. He's goign to sweep trainers, who obviously have the upper hand because "muh protagonist must win!!!" and at the final battle, both Ash's and the other trainers last Pokemon will strike each other, then of course the ass pull of Ash's Pokemon fainting after the other trainers making him the winner. It's all happened before and it's going to happen again.
