GF gave them a break for a whole Gen, and given that Ohmori revealed the theme of Gen 8 will be "the strongest Pokemon", now is the perfect time to focus on them again. If Armor ends up being true, I see it's existence as GF trying to invalidate Megas, which is retarded.
