>>41534615Just got to Stow-on-Side and for me it’s a 6.5-7/10 so far. It’s got its strengths but it’s still one of the weaker entries in the series. It feels so rushed whether you look at the pretty but empty as fuck towns, the mostly tiny as fuck routes, or the blatantly unfinished wild area which the game relies waaaay too heavily on for what it really offers, and it hurts the game immensely.
Other games in the series have had rushed bits and pieces to them but none of them come close to how rushed SWSH feels, and it’s such a goddamn shame because these games deserved a lot better with all the cool ideas they have. It blows my mind people just pretend like there’s nothing wrong with the wild area, it’s such a fucking mess.
