Humans and Pokemon, according to Gen IV lore, used to be one and the same. At the very least, they used to have relations with each other. It is implied that this was in ancient times, and so the aforementioned "Pokemon" were what would have been Pokemon had the Poke Balls existed at the time.
Humans probably have the human-like egg group, and of course a Pokemon who is impregnated by a human will have an egg of their own species like any other breeding pair. Similarly, if someone were cucked by a Machamp, they may never know because the child would be human.
