I believe it's going to be Inciniroar just from how Litten/Torracat has been handled to this point, but it could still easily be Lycanroc since it hasn't gotten its full development yet. It needs to master its "strength" with it's rage mode still. Pikachu is currently Ashs strongest Alolamon, that goes without saying, but right now for his "regional ace" its currently a race between Torracat and Lycanroc with both being strong possible contenders.
