Finished a poison team run in Yellow Legacy. Probably the last time I'll be playing these Legacy hacks for a while. Maybe I'll come to them after I have my fill with the upcoming Emerald Legacy.
With this team, I had to choose normal mode because I doubt Misty would've been possible with the level caps on since her Starmie has Confusion now. I did at least try to keep my team within level cap for Sabrina. I thought that battle was going to be brutal but Venomoth sweeped her with the buffed Leech Life. The stat experience and the 9 DVs in speed were enough to outspeed Alakazam even without Koga's speed badge boost. I saved Koga for last in the mid game so I could the a proper Poison vs Poison battle.
If you're looking to play the Legacy hacks for the sake of being able to check for DVs, I wouldn't waste time trying to find the optimal DVs. Even if you only want a mon that has at least 5 DVs in every stat, it will likely take several attempts to find one.
