I think it would make a lot of sense if Anaconduke had access to Drain Punch, since Grass types are known for using draining moves and since it’s theme is based around punching and it recieves most of the other "Punch" moves. It also already has access to two draining moves and one draining attack but the attack isn't very useable because it’s on the special side and it’s Sp. A is a very weak Base 20.
