>>48568414I didn't have much to work with in terms of Mauville City. So adding a second Biking exit was an easy edition and I think it looks nice. It doesn't serve much purpose beyond being an alternative way to the Battle Tower as well as being an alternative to the breeding path in Mauville.
Looking at the island map of Hoenn it's clear that that area is only settled because it's a a coast, with a significant amount of the region being hard to settle due to the terrain, i wanted to give the feeling of a bigger urbanizing area on the coast.
Also, drove this road a lot. Took a lot of inspo from the New Orleans area
