So... I usually import my mangas (and occasionally some albums) in a site called CDJapan, but when I looked, I couldn't find this particular album there... However, they provide a proxy service, you need only give them the link of the product you want, and they'll buy and list it for you (which as long as it isn't straight up hentai/porn, they'll probably accept "any" requests), so I gave them an Amazon JP link for the album, and to my surprise, they declined it, saying there was a "shipping restriction". They didn't specify, but I have heard before that Pokémon Center items were specially difficult to get.
All that said, I don't think there's more than 1 version.
