Bullshit. This was not a faithful remake:

>Friendship mechanics
>Forced Exp Share
>Removed HMs
>Fairy type

Oh, and it wasn’t even as good as ORAS. BDSP was missing the following:

>National dex
>Unlimited use TMs
>Has fairy type, but doesn’t have Sylveon
>Opening movie, post game, and OST not on the cartridge.
>Timed events are still here for some reason.
>Have to buy PLA for the full game.

No. They were likely the reason why the elite four didn’t run full teams. The game only expects you to have five well trained mons by the time you get through Victory Road. Current game designers fail to see this design, keeping the pre-champion fights lopsided while the player now can run a full team.

This is ridiculous. Even the official animations from The Pokémon Company show that level scaling with gym badges is part of the universe. They should have incorporated badge level scaling years ago.

Necrozma can be cheesed using one TM and one Pokémon, each available to you in game at that point. It is so bad, you can literally win with a team of level one sacrifices.

Without the broken method, the level jump is insane. You will get destroyed if you go straight from the initial fight to the final fight.

The games should either make every important “boss” battle a full battle or limit the number of Pokémon in use for both sides (i.e. a restricted battle). Rivals and otherwise elite opponents with less than 6 Pokémon are ridiculous.
