He sucks. I'm not gonna sugarcoat this, he sucks. Sure, he's the supreme emperor of coverage, but he isn't fast enough for a sweeper, he's frail as hell, he doesn't have any good boosting moves (lel meditate) and while his attack is decent/good (hell, it even seems underwhelming nowadays) , his only STAB is complete balls.
And the worst part is: I know he's not going to get any better. He's not going to get Volt Tackle/Bolt Strike, and GF sure as hell isn't going to add a 100BP+ move for electric physical attackers like Zebstrika and Luxray. He's not going to get a Mega evo. He's not going to get any boosting moves. He's a joke even in RU, go there and see how viable he is.
