If she's similar to Meowth in any way, you could do something with that? I've always imagined Charmander and Meowth having a kind of one-sided relationship, where Charmander is sort of suspicious of Meowth and tries to 1-up him to seem more competent/trustworthy and he just doesn't give a shit and messes with her a ton to make his job more fun. So if Sneasel comes off as similar to Charmander, there could be some kind of mini-arc about Charmander opening up and learning not to trust a book by its cover even if that cover is similar to a manual on how to build a pipe bomb or something. Could maybe soften up Sneasel as a result and make Charmander kinder to Meowth, or something.
