Gardevoirs are really strong and have way too many different ways to kill you. It's not like poaching elephants or something, this is a humanoid creature with equal if not greater levels of intelligence and the ability to read your mind, see the future, and has so many different types of elemental and psychic manipulation abilities most poachers wouldn't make it.
