I never ran low on healing items since they hand them out every five minutes. And even if there were no handouts, I had a fuckload of unspent cash I could just drop at any time for 99 full restores. The Totem mons were pitiful, it got so bad I stopped using Z-Moves altogether. Lusamine was a straight stomp for me, it took only twenty moves and my Decidueye fainting. The elite four was even easier, no items used in battle, only two faints total.
